ISO 9001:2008 quality label
Hostbasket has been rewarded with the ISO 9001:2008 certificate.
The international ISO 9001 standard is the standard for the implementation of a quality system. The customer always occupies central stage in this standard. The certificate was obtained after an intensive audit by an external party, SGS. These audits will be repeated every nine months.
The ISO 9001 certificate ensures the high quality of the Hostbasket services and that Hostbasket is able to deliver the services according to the arrangements.
Hostbasket was granted the certificate for all its activities.

Integrated quality management
The Hostbasket quality management is fully integrated into the business processes. We have a quality manager, who is part of the management committee and attends management meetings. We also have five internal quality auditors who constantly keep an eye on the business processes.
The Hostbasket activities are daily evaluated through more than 150 parameters (KPIs) and if necessary adjusted.
The Hostbasket quality system is based on the following principles:

An ISO 9001-based quality system focuses on customer service and pursues a continuous improvement based on four activities:
- PLANDraw up a plan for improvements and set objectives.
- DOCarry out the plan in a monitored environment.
- CHECKCheck the results.
- ACTEvaluate and decide whether or not to use the plan.
To embed the quality system, the business processes are established in procedures and instructions and they are evaluated through objectives that can be measured and KPIs.
During management meetings, the KPIs and points for improvement will be discussed and procedures will be adjusted if necessary. Customer complaints will also be handled.
