Service Level Agreement (SLA)

Hostbasket strains every nerve to guarantee a maximum availability. We guarantee a network uptime of 99,9%. Read everything about our services and guarantees in our SLA documents:

Network uptime in 2008 and 2009

During the year of 2008 and the first half of 2009 there was an uptime of 100% for the global network and this thanks to the implementation of BGP4.

The individual Telenet and Verizon connections were unavailable 15 minutes and 5 minutes respectively. All downs were a result of a preventive maintenance and were announced in advance. There were no interruptions on both lines simultaneously, as a result of which the Hostbasket network was 100% available.
