Standard adaptable templates

In the Template Manager you will find three e-mail templates in your own corporate style. These will be created with the setup of your account. This enables you to send out your first campaign within moments without any programming knowledge.

Tip: the Interactive Preview allows you to create very user-friendly e-mails based on a template, just like creating a text in Word, without any HTML knowledge. This interactive module enables you to immediately view the result of your changes.

Contact management

With the List Manager you can manage, group and divide your contacts. There is no limit on the number of contacts in your lists. You can also add a huge amount of additional info per contact so e-mail recipients can be divided at will. Thanks to the intelligence of the program you can also add automatic segmentation so e-mails become even more targeted.

Addemar enables you to easily import contacts from or export contacts to another application (Excel, CRM, ERP, ...). Moreover it’s possible to set up an automatic import and export via our API (programmer interface).

Landing pages, forms and surveys

Besides creating e-mails, you also have the possibility to create landing pages. These web pages are only accessible via your mailing and are often adapted to the content of your campaign (reservation form, additional information, video, ...). In addition you can also create forms without any extra costs. The survey module is optional.

Send-to-Friend

E-mails can be equipped with a "Send-to-a-Friend" link so your recipients can easily forward the e-mail to other contacts. These contacts can sign up for your newsletter, visit your website, ... and most of all your customer portfolio will expand.

Reporting

Addemar® includes extended reports to evaluate campaigns. You can follow and analyse results online and in real-time. The results can be shown per campaign, per e-mail and even per recipient which enables you to contact interested customers afterwards.

You can also easily export the reports to Excel.

User management

You can easily create different user accounts that can use Addemar simultaneously. You can also configure user rights in order to reflect your companies organization and hierarchy.

Spam policy

Our newsletter application is constantly updated to comply with Belgian, Dutch and European law.

Every newsletter gets a spam score before being sent. This will indicate the possibility your mail will be marked as spam in your recipient's mailbox.
